Bill White has served as fire
coordinator for Kanawha County since the early 1970's.
His radio call sign 970 is
known state wide. Bill is best known for as a "I can get that
for you guy"
no matter what situation you
are in and you need it, Bill can get it.
Bill is a long time resident
of the community of Rand. And serves as fire chief.
