Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputy J.S.
Shackelford takes photos of a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt that rolled over
at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 77, just north of the
Tuppers Creek exit. Pamela Ann Devaney of Cross Lanes was headed
southbound when she apparently lost control of the vehicle. Neither
Devaney nor any of the three children in the car at the time of the
wreck were seriously injured. |
