Motorboat slams into Blaine Island   One man was killed and another injured Wednesday when the motorboat in which they were riding slammed into the rocky shore of Blaine Island in the Kanawha River near the Charleston-South Charleston border. Paramedics in a Charleston Fire Department rescue boat tend to the man who was injured.
